Exploravision
This year, for science, instead of Ecybermission, we did a contest called Exploravision. Exploravision is a contest like Ecybermission but instead of doing research and testing a solution to a problem, we take technology and take it up to a whole new level by creating a new technology that could benefit the people of the future. This project required a lot of thinking and a lot of researching to be done on the technology such as it's history and how the new technology we made will look like and how it will perform. It was a team effort and for me and my group to finish the work, we needed to be community contributors and know that it is necessary for each of us to get our work done so that the others in our group will be able to do their part and when it's time for the project to be turned in, we just need to put together the work we have and then we can turn it in. Being a community contributor means getting your part of the work done and maybe even helping the other members of your group to finish their part.

At the last quarter of my science class, we had to do a music video project on one of the topics that we covered during class. We had to make up our own lyrics, sing it to an instrumental, and film a video that would correlate with our song and our lyrics. We had to do this as a group. As a community contributor, it is important for me to try and get everyone on task and make sure that we get our work done but not only one person does the work. So we worked together as a group to write the lyrics, two of my members worked together to memorize the song and practice it together while I helped them record the song, we all worked together to film the video, and lastly we all worked together to edit the video. We ran into some problems while editing, but as a member of that group, I brought them together and told them about the problem and we all worked together to get the needed parts done.
