GLO #4 Examples

Movies and Hollywood MV
This GLO is about recognizing and producing quality work. This year I made various videos and I had various types of projects. As part of the Menemac core, I am expected to produce quality work. Throughout this year, even through it was difficult and I had many complications, I feel as if my music video for US history on the roaring 20s was an example of a quality work. The lighting, the effects, and the camera work were good and exquisite. Mostly the editing was done well, the story flows and there are no missing footage or footage that is out of place. I have good transitions and the video overall flows smoothly.



KKK & others documentary
Another example of quality work for me was the documentary we made for US history. The documentary was on the history during the civil rights. We had to do a segment on the KKK. It was the first kind of documentary I had made and I feel as if it was exemplary work for something that I was new to. Our interview wasn't clear at first so I had to tweak around and soon enough, it became understandable. The thing that I believe put it over the top was the voiceovers that I had created. The voiceover helped the clips flow from one to another and helped the questions and information flow from one to another.
